This program takes participants on a journey of discovery, starting from within. Focusing on practical strategies, it demonstrates how to apply Deloitte’s Six Traits of Inclusive Leadership framework to create an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and heard, across cultures, backgrounds, and identities. It also explores how trust is built differently across cultural contexts, and how inclusive leadership behaviours are interpreted through local norms and expectations. Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is an innovative, research-based approach which provides an essential skill set needed to work successfully in different cultural contexts. The CQ model includes four capabilities that can be improved and enhanced through a variety of proven strategies.
 
The CQ Assessment measures cultural intelligence levels (CQ) across the organisation and provides individuals and group reports. It helps to predict individual levels of adjustment and performance in culturally diverse settings and provides in-depth cultural knowledge profiles that examine and compare cultural traits such as values and communication styles of individuals and groups.
